“Lisi Residence” is GREENOX’s completed residential project of a distinct concept, located in the peaceful, ecologically clean, green environment of Lisi. Within approximately a 2 km radius of the project are the city’s hippodrome, educational institutions, and essential infrastructure for daily life.
The residential project combines a total of 10 individual private homes, creating a low-density, peaceful, and private living environment. Each home has its own individual landscaped yard of up to 500 sq.m., and the project concept also allows for the possibility of installing an individual swimming pool.
The construction of “Lisi Residence” was completed in March 2023, adhering to the predetermined deadlines. The high demand for the project was also reflected in sales dynamics, with all residential homes being fully sold before the completion of construction. Residents received their homes in a premium-class green frame condition, with fully connected engineering communications and spaces prepared for subsequent individual interior finishing.
Particular attention in the project planning was given to functionality, residential comfort, and the maximum utilization of private space. The innovative-style residential homes combine tranquility, proximity to nature, and long-term residential comfort into a single concept.
